Take Notice, Be Aware, and Stay Safe!

Listed below are SVG safety issues, events, & things to be aware. 

We greatly appreciate the homeowners and tenants who have served as our “extended eyes,” helping to identify and report these issues so that the Board can take action.

The SVG Board respectfully requests that all tenants and homeowners continue to remain vigilant and communicate any concerns, even if they seem minor or insignificant. Please rest assured that all reports will be followed up on to ensure the safety and security of your community.

For this reason, we strongly urge all residents to:

• Be aware of people who seem out of place.
• Take note of the time, date, and area if you see anything unusual.
• Ensure your vehicle and home/windows are locked and secure at all times.

Together, through awareness and communication, we can help safeguard San Vitores Gardens.

This month, September 2025, two individuals were observed stealing personal property at SVG while tenants walked past them without noticing. These individuals appeared very comfortable entering our community, and we believe they may return.

Note:
- They normally carry a bag or backpack for their tools.
- You may see a person walking up or down the hill and they will turn into SVG.
- Take notice of people standing by a tenant's car or bending down trying to hide.

June 2025 - A truck going up the hill, lost control due to the wet roads and hit Bldg. E.

August 2025
Wet roads and maybe speeding, lost control and ran into the wall around Bldg. E.
